Free Trial: New Subscribers receive a 10-day Free Trial with any subscription plan. If you wish to cancel, notify us within the Trial period & we will cancel your account. Otherwise, users will be billed at their selected subscription rate after the trial period ends.

Subscription Renewals: Subscriptions will be automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period & your credit card will be charged with your selected Rate, unless your plan is cancelled. You may cancel your Subscription at any time, provided you notify us before the end of your subscription period. Note: returning customers will be billed according to current rates/ plan. Cancellation can be made by e-mail or phone (see Cancellation Policy below). No partial refunds are allowed.

Check Payment: We offer "Check" Subscription Plans for 6 months at $178.00 & 12 months at $327.00. We will not process your check until after your 10 Day Trial is completed. Cancel before the end of the trial & your check will not be processed. Once your check has been processed, there will be no partial refunds during the remaining subscription term. Cancellation Policy: To cancel, please include your Name, E-mail, Password, & Reason for Cancellation. Cancellation will be accepted by e-mail- Contact Form or by phone at (203) 325-1171. Note: e-mail cancellation confirmation will be sent for cancellations. If you don't receive one, assume that you are not cancelled & call us or send another email until you have confirm. The OptionMonitor.com website is owned and operated by Option Review, Inc. The Terms & Conditions agreed to below pertain to Option Review, Inc., its associated services, and any third-parties. There will be no partial refunds during the selected subscription period. I understand that if I pay by check, that my check will not be cashed until after the 10 Day free trial period has concluded. I further understand that there will by no refunds once the subscription period has begun. 1b) * I understand that the Free 10 day Trial only applies to new customers. Previous and returning customers will be billed at current rates and plan. I also understand that I can only receive 1 Free Trial Per household. I understand that OptionMonitor.com/Option Review Inc. reserve the right to change subscription billing rates & prices in order to continuously improve the site and service. 2. I agree that violations of this agreement will cause the immediate cancellation of my subscription and additional punitive action, if necessary. Violation of these terms will result in immediate cancellation and will be subject to further punitive measures, when required. 7.
